Bob Pelchen is an accomplished Water-colour artist, Living and Working out of his home in Gippsland Victoria. Bob prefers to paint 'on location', capturing his impression of the light, atmosphere and color he experiences. All his work is original. When not painting on location he works from his own reference material (photos and sketches) collected during his travels throughout Australia and overseas.  | As well as having his own private studio, Bob's works are displayed in Galleries and Public Buildings all over Victoria and Australia.
